  2. Signed Landlord Property Management Rental Application Criteria Page.
  3. Completed Landlord Property Management Residential Lease Application; (One for each individual 18 years and older).
  4. $75 Non-Refundable Application fee for each Application submitted.
  5. Valid Driver's License, State issued photo ID, or Government issued ID (Passport, Visa, PRC, etc.) for each Residential Lease Application submitted. You will be prompted to upload your ID.

Note: If approved, all repair requests must be in writing and submitted through online tenant portal.

Brokers policy: When applying for a property you will have to commence the lease within 2 weeks of being approved. If the property is not available within 2 weeks, then the lease will commence on the date it is first available. Please note that Landlord Property Management is closed on the weekends and holidays. We request that you select a move in date that is during regular business times in order for us to better assist you.
